By creating an account, accessing, or using The Catholic Zone, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Catholic Zone is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.

We may request and store date-of-birth information to enforce age-gating and protect platform safety. You must provide truthful account information.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and recovery methods.

You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account access or other security incidents.

We may suspend, block, or terminate account access to protect users, enforce policy, or comply with legal obligations.

The Catholic Zone is a platform for users, hosts, and teams to publish and discover events. We are not the organizer, operator, or sponsor of user-created events unless explicitly stated.

Hosts are solely responsible for event accuracy, legality, venue/access permissions, and safety planning.

Attending events arranged through the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

You are responsible for content you submit, including profiles, event details, comments, ratings, reports, and team/invite actions.

You must not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, and must not impersonate or harass other users.

By posting content, you grant The Catholic Zone LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

The Catholic Zone LLC may review, remove, quarantine, or restrict content and accounts when we believe policy, legal, or safety requirements are at risk.

We may apply moderation actions without prior notice where necessary to protect users, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to your current plan terms. You authorize applicable charges and taxes.

Plan features, limits, and trial details are listed in-app and may change over time.

Complimentary access is discretionary, may be time-limited, and may be revoked.

The platform may integrate with third-party providers (for example infrastructure, authentication, payments, messaging, maps, and email). Availability and behavior of third-party services are outside our direct control.

External links shared by hosts or users are provided for convenience. The Catholic Zone LLC does not control or endorse third-party destinations.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, policies, or plan elements at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Catholic Zone LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee user identity, event attendance outcomes, or event quality/safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Catholic Zone LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid by you to us during the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Catholic Zone LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy, legal, operational, or safety reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and indemnification) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates become effective on the posted effective date unless a different date is stated.
